Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within one to two business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM CT or over the weekend begin processing the following Monday.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping — United States Only

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Standard shipping delivers in six to twelve business days. Free on orders over $150; $5.00 otherwise.

Subscription pad shipments ship standard each month at no additional cost.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to you when your order is delivered to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, email support@bymyth.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund at our discretion.

Damaged in Transit

If your device or shipment arrives damaged, email support@bymyth.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect Address

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
